Air Panas Hot Springs
Just a few kilometers away from Villa Bossi you can find the famous Air Panas hot springs. These “holy hot springs” are located in the hills of the village Banjar and are surrounded by lush tropical gardens. The locals consider the hot water as holy. It has a pleasant temperature of 38° Celsius and is slightly sulfurous. Eight fierce-faced carved stone animals pour water from a natural hot spring into the first bath, which then overflows into a second and third larger pool. In the third pool, water pours from 3 meter high to give you a pummeling massage.
