North Bali is like a Shangri-La for travelers who are really into photography and who are looking for more than just a few holiday pictures. It offers a variety to photographers rarely seen at other holiday destinations.

The landscape with mountains, smoking volcanoes, rice paddies, jungle, lakes, picturesque islands and beaches with palm trees is dramatic and romantic at the same time. The unique fluorescent green of the rice paddies in the early morning and the famous dark orange sunset over the Bali Sea offer the most professional and experienced photographers plenty of opportunities to show their talent.

Bali’s extensive fauna and flora on land and fascinating underwater world add to the island’s beautiful nature. Taking a picture of playing monkeys, fluttering giant butterflies or swimming sea turtles is challenging and fun at the same time. Not to forget the jumping dolphins during a sunrise boat trip on the Bali Sea.
